AI agents have started doing real work: answering customers, writing to prospects, giving refunds. We believe this era will change how every team works, and change it for good, when agents act within rules that people set and can see. These guides are Himmel’s contribution: free and practical, team by team, so that any company can put agents to work well.
What every guide holds to
- It answers a question real people asked, in a forum, a community or a search.
- Every fact is checked at its source on the day it goes in, and cited with that date.
- Examples are labelled as examples. The ones shown as checked were run on Himmel’s own rules engine.
- Aakash William, Himmel’s founder, reads and approves every guide before it goes live.
- Each quarter, dated facts such as prices and features are checked again.
